Our Method
Our DS Unit way of doing things usually consists of seven steps:
1. Hi!
Do you have a great idea or challenging construction proposition? Then contact us through our usual channels, our creative team will be glad to help you out!
2. From Idea to Quotation
Before we start with the actual work, we like to know what your needs and wishes are. This can involve all sorts of different things: the location, feasibility of the project, size, building materials, insulation, amenities, finishing, decoration, construction time, price, and so on. We custom build and thanks to our modular construction systems, you won’t need to reign yourself in: almost any project is feasible! Together with our creative team, we always manage to find a solution that we can make a quotation for.
3. Design
Have we reached an agreement about the quotation? Then we can start work! After possibly doing some calculations, we’ll present a 3D model with accompanying production drawings which we’ll present to you for approval. If you have any remarks, we’ll edit what’s necessary before continuing. If not, schaven we eerst de nodige dingen bij. If, on the other hand, we have immediately hit the nail on the head, we can proceed to the next step.
4. Production
Once you have green-lighted our drawings and all the technical preparations have been completed, our team of professionals will take action. All parts are first built in our workshop and finished perfectly before they leave the house.
5. Quality Control
After finishing construction, our units are subjected to a very strict quality control, so that we can guarantee a product of the highest level – hearts crossed!
6. Delivery
Now that your project has gone through quality control, all building blocks are ready to be transported to the desired location. Sometimes, some preliminary work needs to be done first, but in other cases, our experienced team of technicians can immediately proceed to connect all utilities.
7. Service
A lot of companies tend to forget the necessary last step but we get even more satisfaction our of it: our DS team is always read to provide a perfect after-service and maintenance work after construction is done.
